The invention discloses a constant temperature timing system and a constant temperature calculagraph for an in-vitro diagnostic reagent reaction. The constant temperature timing system comprises a reagent strip determining module, a temperature detecting module, a temperature adjusting module and a microcontroller. The reagent strip determining module is used for determining whether a reagent strip subjected to a reaction exists or not, the temperature detecting module is used for detecting the surrounding environment temperature of a reagent strip and converting the environment temperature into a corresponding temperature signal to be input into the microcontroller, and the temperature adjusting module is used for adjusting the surrounding temperature of the reagent strip to reach the preset temperature. The reagent strip determining module, the temperature detecting module and the temperature adjusting module are electrically connected with the microcontroller. The microcontroller is used for carrying out content temperature control over the surrounding temperature of the reagent strip through the temperature detecting module and the temperature adjusting module when the reagent strip determining module determines that the reagent strip subjected to the reaction exits; the microcontroller carries out timing on the reagent strip reaction. According to the technical scheme, the accuracy of an in-vitro diagnostic reagent strip detection result is improved.
