Brown recluse spider is a venomous one, having a necrotic bite. The loxoceles forms is a dangerous spider in Brasil. Cutaneous and viscera-cutaneous forms of loxocelism. Newborn, seven days, bitten by brown recluse spider and evolution for septic shock. Treatment by chemical desbry and skin graft. Good evolution. Treatment: antihistamines, steroids and antibiotics.
