aqueous stabilizing solution covering as a cationic component of the general formula Y + R1R2R3R4X- compound wherein Y can mean nitrogen or phosphorus R1, R2, R3 and R4, independently of one another, an alkyl radical (C1-C20) unbranched or branched and / or an aryl radical (C8-C20) and an aralkyl radical (C8-C28), and X is an anion of a mono or polybasic, inorganic or organic acid, and at least one proton donor, with provided that in the case of an aqueous solution of citric acid 2, 5 to 10% concentration of chloride cationic compound cetyltrimethylammonium not lie in a range from 2 to 8% by weight, and in the case of an aqueous solution acetic acid 10% cationic compound concentration dodecyldimethylammonium acetate, dodecyldimethylammonium 2-ethylhexanoate, dodecyldimethylammonium chloride is not 2% by weight.
