Geography and Popular Literature: Treading practices and possibilities in classroom it is a proposal of work that resulted of a research carried during the academic formation in Geography, but germinated still in infancy. The research is guided for the brochures, that portray and build the history of our region, read, argued, sensible, apprehended and disclosed in a simple, creative universe and without veil. To dive in this universe of Popular Literature, is to interpret the forms of saying the tears of a people, people of which we are part. Although the Popular Literature in recent years, to be a subject sufficiently studied and argued in the academic surroundings, with thesis defended in different areas, little appears in the works of Geography. We do not know for which reason, we only look for to establish a link between the Popular Literature and the practical pedagogical in geography, and the two point in them that this relationship is adjusted. For the construction of this article, in them we withhold the questions that they foment the understanding of the origin of the Popular Literature and its concept, after that we identify to the links between different types of this literature and the work in classroom; its enchantments, its approaches, its multiple possibilities to generate the use of other resources, etc.
