“Unusual & Simple Treatment of Refractory PPH from lower Uterine Segment in a case of Placenta Previa during LSCS” -

This is a case of 28 weeks pregnancy with placenta previa with haemorrhagic shock with bad obstetrical history. During LSCS, patient developed life threatening PPH. Patient did not respond to the medical treatment & surgical treatment could not be done due to dense adhesions. Hence, to save the patient, we resorted to simple, quick, safe & unusual treatment of packing the lower uterine segment with gauze & thus we saved our patients.
