The Influence of Innovation Culture on the Performance of SME: Take Employees Achievement Orientation as Intermediary

Empirical study shows innovation culture and atmosphere has a significant influence on performance through staffs' achievement goals orientation in SME. Among them, organizational incentives, manager support, team support and autonomy can strengthen the staff's LGO and PPGO, also can overcome PAGO. Organizational barriers will inhibit staffs' achievement goals orientation. Therefore, managers need to reduce organizational barriers and stimulate organizational citizenship behavior by incentives, management support and empower, etc.
