Picture pixel structure and its formation

A pixel structure includes at least one film transistor, one memory capacitance, a patterned premier metal layer, an inner dielectric layer, a protection layer and a patterned pixel electrode. The memory capacitance is linked to the film transistor. The inner dielectric layer is covering on the patterned premier metal layer. The protection layer is covering on the film transistor and the inner dielectric layer with a hatch on it and parts of the inner dielectric layer. The patterned pixel electrode is formed on part of the protection layer and inner dielectric layer and contacting with them. The memory capacitance is composed by the patterned premier metal layer, the retained inner dielectric layer and patterned pixel electrode under the hatch.
