Research Progresses in Ecological Safety Securing of Soil and Water Loss Area in Northwest China

Through literature summary,this paper reviewed the theoretical research background,general ideas and fundamental principles of ecological safety securing of the soil and water loss area in northwest China,and summarized the project measures,biological measures and tillage measures for ecological safety securing.
