Competencies of Teaching is considered as the most important factor creating pedagogical competencies of techniques teacher. Understanding and applying the "Lesson Study" as a pathway for the development of pedagogical competencies in general and the teaching competency in particular for technical pedagogical students are essential and practical. The paper referring to the nature, principles and the steps to apply lessons study on development teaching competencies for student at the University of Technology and education, aimed at improve the quality of Technical teacher training in Vietnam.
