Studies on Mini-Cutting Rapid Propagation of Rose

The experiment of mini-cutting rapid popagation of rose was studied in MS medium added different concentration 6-BA and NAA with explants of node segments including buds.The results showed that optimal disinfect time of explants was 8 min,and MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was optimal media.
