Conclusions: Men treated with PT for PCa had similar QOL scores compared to controls except in Sexual domains and in Hormone-Bother sub-domain. Clinically significant differences were primarily seen in sexual domains and related to HT use, older age, higher Gleason sum, and longer interval from treatment.
