Immunity of human papillomavirus type 16 pseudovirions
2006
Objective To estimate the immunity of human papillomavirus type 16 pseudovirions. Methods Baculovirus-derived HPV16 VLPs were purified and disassembled. After mix with the E7-pcDNA3.1+ plasmids, the disassembled VLPs were reassemble. The VLPs, in which E7-pcDNA3.1+ plasmids were packed, were named pseudovirions. The immunity of the pseudovirions was studied by mice test. Results The pseudovirions immunization could induced production of specific IgG, IgA, and CTLs in mice. Conclusion Immunization of mice with HPV16 pseudovirions can elicit antibodies and CTLs
