Study and Implementation of a Combustion Visual Monitoring System

A visual system for automatically measuring and controlling combustion engineering is presented.Four cameras with cooling system for protection are set up in the system to grab the flame images.After the images are analyzed,it gets some parameters about combustion,such as temperature distribution,variation of flame position,volume variation of burning materials,and etc.Then the control signal can be output to control the combustion to make the materials burn efficiently and give off less poisonous fume.The system has been tested and applied in different burners,it works satisfactorily.
