PET film for thermal-transferring colour ribbon and production method thereof

The invention discloses a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film for a thermal-transferring colour ribbon; the film consists of an A type polyester master batch and a B type polyester master batch, wherein a mass ratio of the A type polyester master batch to the B type polyester master batch is 3: 7 to 5: 5. The PET film for the thermal-transferring colour ribbon produced by the invention has simple production process and relatively low production cost as well as moderate thermal-transferring patterns or font brightness.
