Hall mobility in vitreous As2Se3

1971
Abstract Measurements were made of the electrical conductivity and Hall coefficient of vitreous As 2 Se 3 in the temperature range from 180 to 225°C. The Hall coefficient is negative while the thermoelectric power is positive; R H decreases exponentially with temperature, the activation energy being equal to 1.0 eV. The Hall mobility is temperature independent and has a value of about 7.6 × 10 −2 cm 2 V −1 s −1 .
