Measurement System of Physical Dimensions of Steel Plate Based on Array CCD

In this paper,a plate size automatic testing and analysis system is established by using the array CCD and computer digital technology.The key technologies of image acquisition,matching,and edge acquisition are elaborated in the system.Experimental results show that the system is practical,easy to operate with high precision.The detection accuracy is better than 0.05 mm,which meets the needs of modern industrial inspection.
