The present invention provides an improved bone groove positioner for cochlear implantation, which comprises an ear insertion channel and a central positioning device able to rotate around the ear insertion channel. The central positioning device is provided with an extension rod, and one end of the extension rod far from the central positioning device is provided with a bone groove position marker. According to the invention, through the ear insertion channel, the rotary extension rod and the bone groove position marker, the central positioning device can instantly choose the position of a bone groove on an arc line so that doctors can conveniently choose proper positions for bone grinding through convenient operations.
