3 Dimensional Finite Element Simulation on Perforating Casing of Peroration Bullet

The whole processes of Y1201 peroration bullet explode and collapse shaped charge liner,jet flow penetration was simulated in finite element software AUTODYN.The JWL model was used for explosive detonation material.The failure criterion for penetrated material was Von Mises criteria.The simulation gave the detail process of jet flow formation,velocity distribution of jet flow,the energy variation of shaped charge liner with time.The calculation showed: the penetration time is 13 μs,and the speed after penetration is 3 992 m/s,the kinetic energy of shaped charge liner varies with time,and reached the maximum 1.24×107 J at t=15 μs,then decreases to a stable value1.2×107 J.
