Bakelite and preparation method thereof

The bakelite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of phenolic resin, 10-20 part of a bakelite reclaimed material, 5-10 parts of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 3-7 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-15 parts of aluminium hydroxide, 8-12 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of benzene sulfonyl chloride, 7-12 parts of sodium stearate, 10-20 parts of activated wood powder, 15-30 parts of kaolin, 3-8 parts of cyanite powder, 30-35 parts of glass fiber and 8-13 parts of asbestos. The preparation method of the bakelite comprises the following steps: preparing a packing material, carrying out high-speed kneading and plasticating, and extruding, so that a finished product is obtained. The bakelite disclosed by the invention can serve as an insulating material of various mechanical parts and electrical parts.
