Trailer reset help speed limit by means of brakes

A trailer reset support system for a trailer vehicle back seating is provided here. The system comprises a brake system and a steering system of the vehicle. A controller is adapted to output a braking torque request to the braking system and a steering instructions to the steering system, the braking torque request and the steering instruction in each case at least partially based on a trailer mass.
