Preparation method of surface enhancement raman scattering substrate

2012
A surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate preparation, chemical analysis relates to the field of detection, to solve the conventional Raman scattering substrate poor stability and reproducibility, low sensitivity problem. The method: The solid support was immersed in an aqueous solution of silver nitrate, the ultraviolet radiation 2 ~ 15min, a wavelength of 254nm or 365nm, remove water, dry nitrogen or air, immersed again in an aqueous solution of silver nitrate, ultraviolet radiation 10 ~ 45min, wavelength of 254nm or 365nm, remove water, dry nitrogen or air, and then immersed in a noble metal solution growth 0 ~ 10 ℃ grown 2 ~ 15min, noble metal nanoparticles seeds grow into the noble metal nanoparticles of 10 ~ 80 nm, a solid support noble metal nanoparticle films formed on the surface, to give surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate. Stability of the present invention and a substrate with good reproducibility and high detection sensitivity.
