Multilayer structure based porous silicon for solar cells

In present article, we are going to analyze the results of experimental researches of photosensitive structure properties of porous silicon (PS). The each structure have the layers of porous silicon, generated on the surface of single crystal silicon plates, and DyF3 or ZnS cover on it. The conducted researches demonstrate that the similar structure possesses high photo-electric characteristic and can be used in solar cells.
