Інституційна модель співробітництва України та Європейського Союзу за Угодою про асоціацію

The main particularities of the institutional model of Ukraine and the European Union Cooperation according to the draft Association Agreement are determined. The author makes its comparative characteristic with the institutional model under the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement of 1994 and other international treaties with the third countries provided association relations. A special attention is paid on some practical issues dealing with indeterminacy of the status of legal binding decisions of common institutions under the Association Agreement in the legal order of Ukraine.
