The invention relates to a method and a system for recalculating a path after yawing in online navigation. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether yawing by a mobile device; transmitting current yawing point position information, moving direction and speed, destination and current network state of the mobile device to a navigation server if yawing; comparing the received current network state with a determined threshold by the navigation server; calculating data of a primary navigation path from a first crossroad to all secondary crossroads, calculating data of a secondary navigation path from all the secondary crossroads to the destination, and returning the data of the primary and secondary navigation paths and corresponding indexes to the mobile device if the received current network state is less than the determined threshold; monitoring an event that the mobile device passes the first crossroad by the mobile device and splicing the data of the primary and secondary navigation paths corresponding to a current moving direction according to a moving direction of the mobile device after passing the first crossroad. The method and the device are capable of correcting the yawing problem online.
