2009
Objective:To analysis and summarization of the feasibility and security of patients with liver cirrhosis undergoing gynecological operation. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 28 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis undergoing gynecological operation in our hospital from Jan.2005 to Nov 2008.Diagnosis,management and evaluation of the effects pre-operation and post-operation were summarized.Results:①In 25 cases of liver function Child A and Child B level,5 cases were accompanied by active hepatic dysfunction. After treatment, liver function in 2 cases became normal,3 cases with AST100 U/L. 3 cases with Child C-level.The liver function achieved the B level after treatment, and AST100 U/L,blood serum total bilirubin (STB) 50 μmol/l. ②There were 12 patients with low white blood cell count among 28 patients. And after therapy,11 patients' white blood cell count returned to normal; 1 had obvious risen compared to the count at admission; Before operation, there were 6 patients with prothrombin activity(PTA)50%,5 patients with platelet count(PLT)50×109/L,one patient with hemoglobin (Hb)below 85 g/L,3 patients with serum albumin(A) below 30 g/L.After therapy all patients had their PTA above 50%; hemoglobin above 85 g/L; A above 30 g/L. PLT above 50×109/L. ③ Operations in all 28 cases were done smoothly, and with good prognoses. Conclusions:With the guarantee of proper peroperative management,it is safe and feasible for patients with liver cirrhosis to undergo gynecological operation.
