Research of Electronic Hydrogen Injection Control Strategy on Hydrogen-fueled Engines

The injection control strategy was put forward after analyzing the influence of hydrogen injection timing and hydrogen injection quantity on the working performance of hydrogen-fueled engine.It can adjust and modify the hydrogen injection parameters in real time according to engine's operating status and working condition.The design of the electronic hydrogen injection control system was based on automatic calibration algorithm which combined pareto order and partial decision-making.The results indicate that the goal of optimizing the comprehensive performance of hydrogen-fueled engine such as power performance,economic performance,and emission performance can be achieved by optimizing dynamically with working condition.
