Hand-held time synchronization tester

A hand-held time synchronization tester is provided. The hand-held time synchronization tester comprises a signal pre processing unit, a protocol receiving inspection unit, a main control unit, a measuring unit and a man-machine interface unit. The hand-held time synchronization tester also comprises a PPS/PPM/PPH pulse signal decoding unit, an IRIG-B (AC/DC) TTL/422 time signal decoding unit, an RS232/485 time frequency signal decoding unit, a timed equipment alarm information decoding unit, and a controllable synchronization signal output and message automatic analysis unit. According to the hand-held time synchronization tester of the invention, integrated measurement technologies are adopted. The hand-held time synchronization tester is integrated with functions such as time and frequency standard and measurement data calculation and comparison as well as test result display, storage and output. With the hand-held time synchronization tester adopted, integrated test items including PPS/PPM/PPH accuracy, second pulse rising edge, serial port data accuracy, pulse signal accuracy, IRIG-series time message accuracy, serial protocol format correctness, PTP and NTP/SNTP synchronization accuracy, serial port time tick message transmitting delay measurement and the like can be completed. The hand-held time synchronization tester of the invention is applicable to field time synchronization tests of intelligent substations.
