Исследование перспективного метода воздействия на призабойную зону пласта фокусированным акустическим полем

2014
The present work describes the existing technologies of thermal influence for well drilling. It suggests using a method of focused acoustic influence on near-wellbore area of productive bed and gives a mathematical model to carry out initial analysis of bed heating and fluids using an ultrasound radiator. The results of calculations show that the method is sufficiently efficient for beds, characterized by potential to form gas-hydrate clogs in near-wellbore area or containing gas hydrates. In particular, it has been shown, that the main benefit of this method is larger penetration in comparison to a 'point' source of heat, lower energy waste for the area without gas hydrates. This is achieved by means of use of the acoustic focusing technology. To specify the aspects of the given technology, it is suggested that one should carry out a set of laboratory experiments and field tests in case of good results in the lab testing. Due to high level of efficiency of an ultrasonic device and considerably small amount of time needed to influence the bed, the method can be viewed as relevant from the standpoint of economic efficiency. Note that the method with the use of the impact with a focused acoustic field on the productive stratum and the bottomhole zone is extremely potential not only due to the ultrasound field qualities but due to the possibility of its combination with other development variants.
