The present invention discloses a near-bit torsional, impact oscillatory coupling comprising, short drill collar, shunts, torsional shock, a shock pulse oscillation drive chamber and short; short drill collar and a lower impact shorted transmission connection, drill collar short inner periphery is attached to the diverter, torsional shock and pulse oscillation chamber, the shunt port and the torsion impactor inlet in communication; torsional inlet impactor outlet of the pulse oscillation chamber communicates, short pulse oscillation chamber outlet and the impact transmission contact communication; flow channel is formed with a relief flow passage and torsional impact on the impactor. Advantageous Effects: Because periodic produce stable high frequency small amplitude torsional oscillation coupling shock and vibration, effectively eliminating the impact torque PDC bit stick-slip phenomenon and intermittent sticking. This does not impact the electronic component, completely hydraulic mechanical structure, smaller size, which will not interfere during impact drilling electronic measurement instrument. Less vulnerable parts of the present invention, stable, long life, helps reduce drilling costs.
