Content of conjugated linoleic acids in silage inoculated by adding Lactobacillus plantarum ANCLA01.

2009
The experiment of inoculation ratio of L.plantarum ANCLA01 and content of adding sunflower oil on CLA content in four silages including sweet potato, potato, carrot and radish was conducted. The result indicated that the production of CLA increased significantly with the inoculation of L.plantarum ANCLA01 under no oil added(P0.05 or P0.01);with the increase of L.plantarum ANCLA01 inculation ratio and content of sunflower oil,the CLA content in four silages showed the tendency of increase at the beginning and then decrease. To different silages, the content of CLA in sweet potato and radish silages were higher than that of in corrot silage and potato silage obviously(P0.05);the hightest CLA content were produced when adding sunflower oil from 9~12 mg·g-1 in four silages ;when added L.plantarum ANCLA01 to 6×107 g-1,the CLA content were highest in four silages. The content of CLA began to decrease obviously when added L.plantarum ANCLA01 more than 8×107 g-1 in four silages(P0.05).
