Диагностика окклюзионных поражений сосудов кишечника с использованием компьютерной томографии

181 patients with suspected mesenteric vessels thrombosis were examined under CT-angiography. In 54 of the whole amount of examined patients the occlusion of the upper mesenteric artery was revealed. Targeted urgent surgical treatment was performed in 53 patients. CT-control of the treatment results was conducted in 49 patients. Obtained data was compared; high specificity and sensitivity of the method were revealed. The treatment effectiveness was evaluated. Computer tomography with CT-angiography gives an opportunity to diagnose occluding lesions of intestinal vascular channel at early stages of its development, that contributes to its timely and successful treatment of this pathology, and, as a result, to decreasing mortality.
