Progress of the study on relationship between tumor necrosis factor-α and coal workers' pneumoconiosis or pulmonary tuberculosis

It was showed that the protein level and gene polymorphism of TNF-α seems related to the morbidity and development of coal workers' pneumoconiosis and pulmonary tuberculosis.Therefore,the detail on this relationship may get through the further research on TNF-α;additionally,which can also provide more important information for the primary prevention of coal workers' pneumoconiosis and pulmonary tuberculosis.
