The device comprises line tackles hung on power transmission lines; a guide rail is hung below the line tackles through insulating rods; a rail tackle is arranged on the guide rail; the rail tackle is connected with a trimming motor; the shaft head of the trimming motor is provided with a saw blade; the line tackles, the rail tackle and the trimming motor are all connected by a wireless control device; the rail tackle is provided with a camera; and an image display is arranged on the ground. The device can be operated remotely, manual work can be replaced, and a high safety factor is high.
