Application of Auxiliary Oppression Hemostatic Pad after Coronary Angiography

Objective To explore the effect of self-made auxiliary radial oppression pat after coronary angiography and interventional therapy.Methods We divided 356 cases of coronary angiography and intervention randomly into two groups:observation group with 176 cases in it and control group,with 180 cases in it.The control group was treated by using traditional methods and the observation group was treated by using self-made auxiliary radial oppression pat for compression radial bleeding.Bleeding,hand strut,local allergies and patients’ comfort degree were observed.Results The postoperative complications of the observation group were fewer than those of the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The self-made auxiliary radial compression hemostatic pat shows a better hemostatic effect and lower cost,worthy of clinical popularization.
