Церебропротекторные эффекты пирацетама и его комбинации с мелаксеном при глобальной ишемии головного мозга у крыс

On the base of EEG spectral analysis we've studied the effects of piracetam and its combination with melaxen in the conditions of cerebral blood flow disturbance in a rat model of global cerebral ischemia. It was established, that preventive usage of piracetam & melaxen combination significantly reduces the degree of circulatory ischemia adverse effects on the functional state of the rat brain. The obtained results can be used in clinical practice for the treatment of ischemic and neurodegenerative brain diseases.
