Currents and Power Losses of Induction Machine Under Voltage Interharmonics

This works deals with the effect of moment of load inertia on currents and power losses of a cage induction motor supplied with voltage containing voltage interharmonics. The results of field calculations are presented for a machine of rated power 3 kW and interharmonic of various frequencies. The applied field model was implemented in ANSYS Maxwell environment and experimentally verified.
