Effect of Iron Melt Temperature and Its Digital Control

The effect of iron melting temperature in casting production process such as to eliminate disadvantageous structure of raw materials,purify the iron melt,improve casting quality was introduced systematically.The temperature checking principle of the contacting type fast thermocouple was described biefly.It was suggested that foundry enterprises sould create digital iron melt temperature control system to ensure stable production of high quality castings.
