Disclosed are a video call connecting method, a system, a device, and a video service side. The method comprises: when a call instruction is received: acquiring a calling party account number, calling party device information, and a called party mobile phone number corresponding to the call instruction; forming a call request comprising the calling party account number, the calling party device information, and the called party mobile phone number; launching the call request to a video service side, thus allowing the video service side to query a called party account number corresponding to the called party mobile phone number on the basis of the call request, and transmitting to all called party devices corresponding to the called party account number a connection request coming from the calling party account number. The present invention implements the goal in which a calling party is allowed to transmit simultaneously the connection request to all of the corresponding called party devices via the called party mobile phone number.
