Crisscross ECDP/PET compound flame-retardant fiber

2010
The utility model relates to a crisscross ECDP (easy cationic dyeable polyester)/PET (polyethylene terephthalate) compound flame-retardant fiber. Flame-retardant masterbatch, ECDP slices and PET slices are evenly mixed at first; spinning is carried out by adopting the melt spinning technology; filament yarns are processed through bundling, drawing and two-dimensional or three-dimensional helical curling, and then is cut into fibers into needed specifications; a spinneret plate adopts a crisscross spinneret plate; the cross section of the fibers is in the shape of a cross; the length(a)-width(b) ratio of the fibers is 5:3; and the denier count of the fibers ranges from 0.5 to 5 denier. The crisscross ECDP/PET compound flame-retardant fiber has the advantages as follows: the technological process is simple, the production can be carried out on the original equipment, and the benefits are improved; and the product versatility can be achieved.
