Comparison of Yield and Protein Content of Blood Meal Prepared from Various Species of Food Animals

Yield and protein content of blood meal prepared from blood of domestic meat animals was estimated in this study. Blood meal was prepared by wet digestion of blood followed by natural or artificial drying. Yield and protein content of blood meal varied according to species ofanimal and method of drying.
