Analysis on the correlation of HSP-70 with brain’s promoting angiogenesis molecules or α5β1, αVβ3 in acute atherosclerosis cerebral infarction

2017
Objective To analyze the correlation of HSP-70 with brain’s promoting angiogenesis molecules α5β1, αVβ3 in acute atherosclerosis cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of HSP-70 in serum, ɑ5β1 and ɑVβ3 in cerebrospinal fluid of 50 patients with acute atherosclerosis cerebral infarction(experiment group) and 45 cases of healthy volunteers(control group) were compared. Then the effects of different infarct size on the levels of HSP-70, ɑ5β1 and ɑVβ3 in experiment group were analyzed. Results The levels of HSP-70, ɑ5β1, ɑVβ3 at different time in experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P 5 cm2 group and 3-5 cm2 group were lower than those before admission(P 5 cm2 group were higher than those of the 3-5 cm2 group, 0.05). Conclusions The HSP-70 in serum, ɑ5β1 and ɑVβ3 in cerebrospinal fluid of acute atherosclerosis cerebral infarction patients are directly proportion to the patient’s infarct size, it can be the important reference index for diagnosis and prognosis. Key words: Atherosclerosis cerebral infarction; HSP-70; α5β1; αVβ3
