Method for preparing spherical high sulfur capacity desulfurizing agent and product

The invention discloses a method for preparing a spherical high sulfur capacity desulfurizing agent. The method comprises the following steps of: putting cue balls into rolling equipment, wetting the surface by using an aqueous solution of organic adhesive, and alternately adding amorphous hydroxy iron oxide and the aqueous solution of the organic adhesive to obtain spherical high sulfur capacity amorphous hydroxy iron oxide balls with different diameters; and reshaping and naturally drying or drying the obtained balls. According to the desulfurizing agent prepared by the method, the cue balls account for 0.98 to 9.03 percent of the total mass of the desulfurizing agent, the amorphous hydroxy iron oxide account for 90.29 to 98.62 percent of the total mass of the desulfurizing agent, and the organic adhesive accounts for 0.58 to 0.89 percent of the total mass of the desulfurizing agent. The problems of high adhesive content, low water tolerance and low diffusion of the high sulfur capacity desulfurizing agent in the prior art are solved; and by the method for preparing the high sulfur capacity desulfurizing agent, the high sulfur capacity desulfurizing agent with low adhesive content, high water tolerance and high diffusion can be prepared.
