Unitary cementitious material system surfacing self-leveling floor mortar

2009
The invention relates to a unitary cementitious material system surfacing self-leveling floor mortar, which adopts simple silicate cement as a cementitious material and can be used directly as a ground load layer; the mortar comprises 33 to 38 percent of silicate cement, 5 to 10 percent of inert filler, 3 to 4.5 percent of active filler with the particle size of smaller than 10mum, 45 to 55 percent of fine sand, 3 to 5 percent of re-dispersible latex powder, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of superplasticizer, 1.2 to 2.0 percent of expanding agent and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of defoaming agent. The surfacing self-leveling floor mortar fills the gaps among the cement particles by doping high-activity metakaolin with small particle size so as to form a closest accumulative structure, fully releases the water originally existing among the cement particles, and is matched with a little amount of superplasticizer to lead the whole system to be capable of meeting the fluidity needed when in self-leveling work, thus better solving the technical difficulty of easy cracking of the unitary system under the existence of little amount of water; and the shrinkage after hardening is compensated by a sulphoaluminate expanding agent. The self-leveling floor mortar has low shrinkage rate and good wear resistance, can achieve self leveling with rich and bright color by adding inorganic powder pigment with good dispersity, and is applicable to being directly used for replacing the existing ceramic tiles, stones, wood floors and the like as the ground load layer.
