Professionalidentity of tutors in structureof the corporate cultureof high school

The phenomenon of professional self-identification of professors of regional high schools as one their criteria of efficiency of corporate culture of high school in conditions the processes occurring in the higher school is considered in article. The complex approach to the analysis of statistics and results of empirical researches has allowed to describe models of behaviour of professors of high school in real practice, to formulate the offers directed on increase of scientific and pedagogical potential of high schools and transition to more effective model of corporate culture of high school. The author uses the empirical data on a number of high schools in Ulyanovsk region.
