Safe and Connected Futures Program Prototype

This document presents the prototype for the Safe and Connected Futures Program (SCF Program). This prototype has been developed based on a co-design process with young people and stakeholders. This document provides high-level detail on the principles and key components of the SCF Program. The SCF Program principles are presented along with an overview of the schematic of the SCF Program prototype followed by a description of each SCF Program component (processes and activities).
