Modified multiscale discontinuous Galerkin method in the function space H(curl)

In this paper we propose the new modified multiscale discontinuous Galerkin method for solving harmonic electromagnetic problems. The computational scheme is based on the vector finite element method in function space H(curl), discontinuous Galerkin method and multiscale ideas. The numerical analysis of convergence and parallel realization scalability is performed. The proposed method is used for solving the direct electromagnetic problem in the computational domain with complex internal structure comprising randomly placed inclusions of various geometric shapes and sizes.
