Evaluation Scheme of Sky-Wave Radar Coverage

An evaluation scheme of the coverage of sky-wave radar is studied.Based on 17 kinds of indexes of sky-wave radar coverage,a model of coverage quantitative evaluation with three hierarchical structures is established by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The quantitative calculation method of indexes of all levels is discussed and the effectiveness of the model is verified.The result shows that the evaluation scheme of sky-wave radar coverage is of feasibility.
