The double-action double-angle side shaping mechanism comprises that an upper insertion type guide plate which is arranged at the front end of an upper die base, the rear side is a vertical plane, an installation face is arranged on the rear side to install the guide plate, the upper insertion type guide plate drives a drive sliding block to work in the A negative direction, and a sliding guide face is a lower insertion type guide plate installed on the drive sliding block. An auxiliary guide face is a seventh abrasion resistant plate installed on a lower die base. A sixth abrasion resistant plate is installed on the drive sliding block and drives a movable male die sliding block to work in the B negative direction. A sliding guide face is a fifth abrasion resistant plate installed on the movable male die sliding block. An auxiliary guide face is a fourth abrasion resistant plate installed on the lower die base. The movable male die sliding block and the drive sliding block perform return stroke through a nitrogen cylinder. A return stroke force source of the drive sliding block is a return stroke nitrogen spring installed on the drive sliding block. After the drive sliding block and the movable male die sliding block are in place, a lower die auxiliary material pressing plate works in the C negative direction depending on force of the nitrogen cylinder.
