Cross-employing the Social Learning Theory and Technology Acceptance Model into Rational Decision Making models in Advancing Student’s Employability

2019
With rapid increment of higher education institutes and speedy declination of birthrate in Taiwan, not only a bulk of higher education institutes have been undergoing the numerously survival stress of the swift decrement of operational revenues (such as government grants) and students but, in opposition, a majority of higher education students have also been suffering the seriously registered pressures of the higher unemployment pressure after graduation from higher education institutions. Therefore, this research cross-employed the social cognition learning theories, technology acceptance and rational decision making models to explore the most core decisiveness determinants for advancing student’s employability in the hyper-dynamic technology education era. Eventually, more contribution of this research is not only to really enforce the managerially and commercially competitive competency of each project team member and experimental participator but also extensively supply the interdisciplinary strategies for higher education institutions.
