The Kinetic Mechanism on the Oxidative Degradation of PA6 andPA6/ Encapsulated Red Phosphorus Composition

The kinetic parameters on the oxidative degradation of PA6 and PA6/encapsulated red phosphorus composition were studied by Kissinger,Ozawa and Friedman methods.The results show that the encapsulated red phosphorus can decrease the most loss weight temperature,accelerate degradation,reduce the active energy and change the mechanism of the oxidative degradation of PA6.It is beneficial to PA6 to form carbonized diimide and improve the flame retardancy.
